Lenawee County Jail

county-jail · 549 N. Winter Street, Adrian, MI 49221

Few moments hit harder than learning a loved one has been taken to the Lenawee County Jail in Adrian. We've sat with that fear alongside hundreds of Michigan families, and we'll sit with yours. Bail My Tail is a family business. Gene Butler founded it in 1982 and runs it today with his son Justin. The Lenawee County Jail at 549 N. Winter Street in Adrian books people in 24 hours a day, and once a bond is posted, most folks are released within about two to eight hours, depending on how busy the night is. The good news is you don't need to pay the full bail. We post surety bonds anywhere in Michigan, and our premium is set by state law at 10 percent, plain, regulated, and explained up front. When you call, we'll walk you through the charge and the bond calmly, step by step, so you always know what's happening. We answer the phone every hour of the day and night, because an arrest in Adrian doesn't keep a schedule and neither do we. If your family would be helped by a payment plan, tell us and we'll try to make it work. Call our 24/7 number at 877-869-8245, or our Flint office at 810-234-5776, and let's get your person home.
