Flint is our home, so when a neighbor calls about a loved one in the Genesee County Jail, it's personal for us. We're Bail My Tail, started right here by Gene Butler in 1982 and run today with his son Justin, and our Flint office is just up the road at 1027 Church St. The Genesee County Jail is at 1002 S. Saginaw St. in Flint and is open 24 hours a day. The process is straightforward: once a bond is set at arraignment, you call us, we verify the amount, and we post a surety bond to get your loved one released. You pay the state-regulated 10% premium, and we accept cash, all major credit cards, debit, bank transfer, and payment plans for qualifying clients. Most people are released within 2 to 8 hours of the bond being posted here, depending on how busy the jail is. We handle the paperwork and stand with your family the entire time. Being just minutes away on Church Street means we can move fast. Call our Flint office at 810-234-5776, or our 24/7 toll-free line at 877-869-8245, and we'll bring your loved one home.
